According to the prevailing Greek legislation, in order to rent a boat without a skipper, it is necessary to have a licensed motor vessel operator on board. The client, during check in, receives the vessel along with its equipment and is liable for the vessel and passengers. During check out the client is responsible for delivering the vessel and the equipment.
